Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order.

These terms govern every order placed with Fineyst Neon. By submitting an order, approving a proof or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.

1. Order Acceptance & Process

All orders are accepted at our discretion.

Once you submit your design and specifications, our team reviews them and returns a digital proof. Your approval of that proof authorises production to begin. No changes can be made after approval.

By approving your proof, you confirm and accept the following as final:

• Size and dimensions
• Colour scheme
• Mounting style and hardware
• Material and finish
• Wording, spelling and punctuation
• Overall layout

You are responsible for verifying that every detail is correct before you approve. We produce exactly what is shown on the approved proof.

2. Artwork & Revisions

We provide artwork assistance and unlimited revisions at no charge before approval. Take the time you need — this stage exists so the finished sign is right.

• Once you approve the digital proof, the design is final.
• Changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges, or may be declined depending on how far the piece has progressed.
• We accept most common file formats. Vector files such as .AI, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF produce the sharpest results, and we recommend them wherever available.
• Where supplied artwork is too low in resolution to reproduce cleanly, we will tell you before proceeding and offer to redraw it. We are not liable for output quality where you approve a proof built from artwork we have flagged.

3. Pricing, Payment & Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Quotations are based on:

• Quantity ordered
• Sign dimensions and shape
• Sign type and mounting method
• Number of colours and complexity of the design
• Add-on features, including illumination type, dimmer remote, RGB remote control and power adaptor options

Full payment is required in advance of production unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit and debit cards and bank transfers. For bulk and trade orders, net payment terms may be available subject to volume and account history.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Prices are exclusive of any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied in the destination country, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Production & Shipping

Estimated production time is 10 to 12 business days from proof approval, depending on complexity and volume. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination.

All shipments are sent via reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

Production and delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for:

• Carrier or customs delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses supplied by the customer
• Refusal or abandonment of a shipment at customs
• Packages lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Remakes

Once your proof is approved and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended. Cancellation requests received before production begins are refunded in full.

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Errors in design, spelling, wording or quantity present on an approved proof
• Slight variances in colour, finish or layout inherent to handmade production
• Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us at info@fineystneon.com within the timeframes set out in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy. We may request photographs and further detail in order to assess the issue. Where a fault is verified, we will remake the piece, replace the affected component, or issue a credit at no cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to all logos, artwork, typefaces and text supplied, or that you have obtained the appropriate licence to use them.

You agree to indemnify Fineyst Neon against any claim, loss or cost arising from a third party asserting rights in material you have supplied.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline or cancel any order that we believe infringes a third party's rights, or that contains unlawful or inappropriate content, with a full refund
• Photograph and display finished work on our website, portfolio and marketing channels

If you would prefer your design not to be shown publicly, tell us in writing before production begins, or supply a non-disclosure agreement. We will honour the request without affecting your order.

We retain ownership of our own templates, typefaces, layouts, proofs and production files.

7. Installation & Electrical Safety

Our signs are supplied with the mounting hardware specified in your order. Installation is the responsibility of the customer.

• Follow the supplied installation and safety instructions.
• Where mains connection or permanent fixing is involved, engage a qualified electrician or installer.
• Observe the indoor or outdoor rating stated for your product. Indoor-rated signs must not be exposed to moisture.

We are not liable for damage to walls, fixtures or surrounding property, nor for injury or product failure arising from installation carried out other than in accordance with our instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or costs arising from delay.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.

Getting the Best Result

Review your digital proof line by line, particularly wording and spelling. Tell us where the sign will hang and how the room is lit, so we can advise on size and brightness. And allow time for both production and delivery when you are working to a date. The more we know at proof stage, the closer the finished sign will be to what you pictured.
